Information you choose to provide

When you contact RADKE Machine & Tool through this website, the form may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project information, and an optional drawing, CAD model, PDF, or image you choose to attach. RADKE uses that information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether the requested work may be a fit.

Technical information

The website and its hosting providers may process ordinary technical data such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, security-check results, and security logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site. The public site may also use cookies that are necessary for website functionality. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse.

Sharing and retention

RADKE does not sell contact-form information. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email, security, or business operations, and may be disclosed when required by law. RADKE retains inquiry information as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, protect the site, or meet legal obligations. Attached project files are stored outside the public website, are available only through a random private download link, and are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. They are never added to the public WordPress Media Library.

Sensitive project information

Do not use the public form to transmit export-controlled, classified, or unusually sensitive material. Contact RADKE first to arrange an appropriate transfer method.
